SYSTEM NOTICE
A recent correction has been made to the volunteer's logbook calendars which was previously causing the page to fail to load. Correct service is now resumed.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Partnership Development Managers are now able to provide you with the following functions:

• Create new school mentor voucher codes or check existing codes
• Obtain volunteer codes

School Mentors are able to carry out the following functions

• Delete a young leader account.
• Verify a young leader on the passport system.

• Events
  School Mentors are no longer required to advertise events to their volunteers, they are advertised direct from the County Sport Partnerships.
• Placements
  It is now possible to view a list of volunteers linked to a placement from the placement overview page.
• Leadership Academies
  PDMs have the ability to set which volunteers are involved in Leadership Academies, this is reflected in progress reports and when generally viewing volunteers.

16th October 2009

• Resources
  Useful information for any Step-into-Sport user is now available through the Resources tab when logged in.
• Placements
  It is now possible for volunteers to manage their placements better including archiving old placements and removing unwanted mentor invitations.
• Volunteer Logs
  Volunteers: logs you enter onto your logbook section can now be edited to change details and dates any time before they have been verified.
• Rankings
  On the right hand side of the home page you will see the top 3 Schools and SSPs for various activities using the site.
• Events
  Events can now be edited any time before they are advertised to volunteers.
• Progess Reports
  Reports and viewing users has now been split to display people by their year of registration.
  Progress Reports are split to show separate totals for logged Community and School hours.
  SSPs can see which schools have logged specifically "0 Hours" of volunteering from the progress report pages (rather than the previous "0 to 50 hours" breakdown).

Are your pupil logs updated?
Passport users must update and actively use their account at least once per quarter as a minimum. From 1st November 2009, if an account has not been accessed for more than four months we will archive the account. This will ensure that we can monitor use, ensure the site runs quickly and support the correct insurance premium when renewed each year.
